All have higher aspirations. Tadej raced the Classic so needs some time off and focus on peaking again for tdf, Jonas is still in a build phase and vdP doesn't want/need to race Giro 😉

All guestimates of course but makes sense in my head.

I would have loved to see Edoardo Zambanini's power output for that last 100 meters at the end of stage 5. He came from quite far back, and if the finish was 10 meters further, he would have taken the win from Mads Pedersen.
