Yeah that was super bleak, it's one of those tragic watches where you are left with more questions than answers, in my opinion. What on earth could drive someone to behave like that?

Said to my wife after we watched this .

You are in a relationship or married to someone not knowing what that person is capable off

Is it worth watching?
Or should I rather give it a miss?

Depends if you enjoy this kind of thing.

I thought it worth a watch to get more of the back story. Felt folks were a bit harsh on Strickland and of course portrayed Mo as an angel. Was a bit lopsided.

but well worth the time. Tragedy

After watching the doccie I think he wanted his bread buttered on both ends. You don’t take a 1 week break just to smash it with another girl. That time away from each other is meant for reflection or clarity? I don’t condone what Armstrong did but can somewhat understand the rage she flew into when discovering there was another woman in the picture. What probably made matters worse, she is a business partner and they still lived in the same house.

Um, what part of pre-meditated murder (followed by escape from custody, facial surgery to alter appearance and fleeing the country on a false passport, then sitting expressionless in court) is harsh? 🫤

Kaitlin Armstrong did that, not Colin Strickland

Think you confused on who Strickland is.

What Strickland did was maybe not kosher but in no way is he responsible for what transpired. Not even an iota. Boys play the field all the time. (As do girls)

Not saying Strickland is responsible at all but why save Mo’s number under an alias, also we don’t know what their “timeout”  arrangement was, assuming he violated it that could’ve triggered Armstrong.

My bad. You are quite right.😳 Thanks for correcting me, and I do agree with you. Colin Strickland seems like a tragic character that was clinging to life before this whole saga.
I'd also be curious to know what the fallout was regarding her sister's passport etc, they tend to throw the book at you stateside.

"In 2024, a lawsuit filed by Moriah Wilson’s family against Kaitlin Armstrong and others mentioned that a property owned by Kaitlin and her ex-boyfriend was transferred to Christine Armstrong, who then gave it to the ex-boyfriend"

So she held property that Kaitlin would have been forced to pay compensation to the family from.
