at R40k we could potentially do a Parlee RZ7 frameset. 

super premium brand, super aero, and comfort wise is one of the best in the business.

Parlee RZ7 is a nice frame. Just not a fan of proprietary stem and handlebr.

Parlee do an adapter to allow owners to put the PRO VIBE EVO bars on their RZ7 bikes.

I’d suspect something in a mid tier range from any big brand maybe with a little discount if you have a relationship with the shop. nothing new with a S-Works logo tho  I really like the new TCR’s and emonda‘a great do it all bikes, perhaps even a SL6. I’d personally go for the new Allez however getting one in SA is a problem.

if you’re willing to take a chance you could look at Chinese brands like Windspace or Trifox.
