First post op ride.

Nice casual 25km spin on the road with the MTB.

Nothing worth taking pictures of on the way, but couldn't resist the clean bike glistening in the sun.

Was wondering what happened to you as I haven't seen you on Strava.

Had the plate taken out of the collarbone back on 5 February.

This is the cenotaph outside the City Hall...I was still a cub reporter when I first wrote of it being targeting by scrap metal thieves...Twenty years later, not only is the cenotaph fenced off, so are all the grounds around the City Hall...

which war?

I stand corrected, but I think it contains the names of Benoni's fallen from both Great Wars.

I decided to do a solo-heatseaker this afternoon from home to the cradle (caves) and back. The distance would have been 120km but I had to 'phone a friend' at 103km to fetch me on Witkoppen because it was just too warm to do on water alone (6liters of water over the distance, crazy! )

Been loving riding Ghost the last couple of months :)

Great ride at Kilbroney Forest park in Northern Ireland. Still the best cycle trail I have ridden.attachicon.gifImageUploadedByTapatalk1457207852.320994.jpgattachicon.gifImageUploadedByTapatalk1457207869.140579.jpgattachicon.gifImageUploadedByTapatalk1457207885.649061.jpg

My sister-inlaw hails from Kilkenny Southern Ireland, o man if I ever had the opportunity to move to another country this will be my first option. We did a tour from Dublin around the south of Ireland to Galway and enjoyed the friendlyness of the people a lot.
