When we see the views and realize we are only about 45km from home we realize how blessed we are! However when we have to ride the hills we don't feel so blessed ???? Mojoman Posted December 27, 2015 Share Looking out onto the old gold mining area of Magalies....there used to be old mining gear, a big stamp/crusher (from Sheffield, UK!) etc....all gone now...only the Zamas knocking around...21 years ago when I moved here we used to camp in this area all the time down by the river. RocknRolla Posted December 27, 2015 Share Heia Safari this morning, had a not so smooth ride, two really hectic "ohno seconds" where fromt wheel slipped on the marbles in the berms. Dunnow how I saved it. Got some nice footage, and grabbed a couple of frames. Had to abandon the yellow route, as i had puncture, the tyre pulled the rimtape off the rim, and two bombs wasted out of the spoke nipples...Wife came and rescue me as i was not walking the 20km back home.
