We rode together

A cruise through Cape Town this morning discovering a couple of interesting buildings and a couple of coffee stops.

This one was taken on Monday near prince Albert in the Karoo, where team DJR was training (just riding for fun). Back in town even the trees protested passionately against fracking in the Karoo

Where in Waterval Boven is that Route?

Somewhere in the Karoo. The fossilised tracks you see behind the bike were made about 250 million years ago by a beast called Bradysaurus. I spent some time sitting there (catching my breath and resting the old legs) imagining what the world must have looked like back then.
