Surely the fact that he's now been arrested twice in the span of two months for what seems to be the same crime should count against him during his bail hearing? Maybe this time he gets bail but hopefully the charges stick and he gets his day in court.

Yip, the magistrate might not pick it up but hopefully the state prosecutor does on a prior conviction sheet (lets hope the SP has collated the docket correctly in this instance)

Regardless, the weekend in the big house will cast more shadows on his in laws, and hopefully they can see through this and cut him off (meaning to not pay for his fraudulent activities like they did to Belinda)

It reminds me of the old joke of who gets to play mommy or daddy in the prison cell

Hopefully, this detective can begin gathering all the different case numbers and start looking into them.

Its usually the SP's job to do that. The magistrate will certainly ask for it

I think Robbie means the same criminal offence (fraud), not the same incident

I meant the same type of crime. Different incidents yes. If he got arrested for each instance he's going to be busy for a while.

Yeah it’s the state that decides to consolidate dockets..

last week was arrest week for fraud apparently.! ☠️🤣

My oke was arrested again Thursday(appears in court today) and as per the IRS forensic investigations Facebook page they are approaching the national prosecuting authority to consolidate the cases.. same would need to happen with TB..

Things have really started happening since they got involved.. you guys need to find someone like this to really pursue things properly..

Seriously dodgey.! 😳

im ashamed to have been involved.. but I promise you my “Captain Fraud” I knew for years and doesn’t look as dodgey on a day to day basis, as the mugshot would imply.. was just an unassuming used car dealer 😭

Taun apparently sent to Malmsbury prison until next hearing Thursday 15th May. Sgt Bongi from Melkbos doing a great job and she has all the details from all the other cases ✌️

From what I hear, Malmsbury isnt one of the more upmarket venues to sit things out in as the feds tend to mix you up with the general crowd of non-do-gooders (27's, 28's etc)

But, having a friend that sat in Modderfontein for a waiting trial for 3 months, he assured me that a smooth talker like our buddy TB will be able to have access to just about anything on the inside.... at a cost, like smart phone with internet, smokes, food, alcohol, a warm bed etc. He will just need money and a lot of it, to fund these luxury items

He sure as heck better not do a swindle to someone on the inside as the consequinces could be a lot more severe

And, Sgt Bongi deserves a bells
