Nice guys come 2nd!!!

And all the chicks in the world will make this their slogan from now on.

Alas, yes it's racing and if Schleck wants the win bad enough he needs to come out and fight.

RT @rachiepoo1: gentlemanly? Stage 2: Alberto agreed with Fabian to wait for andy Stage 3: AC caught up in Frank's crash, Andy didn't wait -it's bike racing

Didn't see Schleck waiting for Contador on the cobbled stage when his brother Frank's crash held up almost all the other favourites. Instead he sat in the wheel of Cancellara and they attacked to take as much time as possible.

Riis: " I think he (Contador) waited at the start, and then he went. That's just part of racing."

Exactly what I'm saying, lot of judging and name calling going around, but what would AS have done if the shoe was on the other foot...

Contadrol had full right to go, racing is racing.

I will say this, today might be the day that AC won the 2010 TDF, but today was the day that Andy Schleck won many fans.

I can see it on Saturday...Matt Gitteau beaks the line again and while running to the try line pulls a hammie...all the Sprinboks stop and kick the ball into touch so he can get treatment! Its an unwritten rule!

yup - its not like AS would have hopped off and waited for AC to catch up.

its racing. **** happens in racing.

fk - i dropped a chain on the climb before helshoogte in elites. im going to write a written complaint because they didnt stop the bunch and wait for me

Just watched the footage.

Cringed when 'Berto received quite obvious 'Boo-s' from the audience.

I was undecided until I saw the Maillott Jaune presentation.

The crowd's response reveals a particular truth about that moment within cycling

I do believe now Contador's choice to persist counter-attacking does reflect poor sportsmanship.

One thing's for sure, Schleck is not going to fade quietly. He looks like a real fighter.

Much to my surprize!

:)

Thank you. This is my point.

Yup. Its not like he whent next to AS, looked him in the eye, laughed at him and then sprinted off. I also think he actually did not know what to do.

Dude, no one deserves to be boo'ed when receiving the yellow jersey at the TDF. That was just cruel...and wrong on so many levels. I take my hat off to him, that he actually stood there, taking everything from the crowd.

Oh sorry, my apologies.

Because Lance did it before, it's cast in stone as a rule that must be obeyed.

And god forbid you don't, then you shall be named an outcast, coward and crowned of having bad sportsmanship.

No need to break a crystal off your throne queenie....... Uhlrich waited for Armstrong when Armstong snagged a handbag and fell.

The man used an example oh queen of the one eyes..... must be difficult to spot an ostrich with only one eye.
