What about situations like breakaways with riders from multiple categories? Sounds a bit messy no?

ROad racing regulations have changed for 2011. I have the PDF document if anywone wants it ... welcome to the quick death of SA road raacing .. More riders will be taking up mountain biking!

 

Can I be the millionth person to ask for that same pdf?

SV cannot start with Elites here in Cape Town. The bunch would be freaking enormous, like 150+ enormous. Highly doubt there will be full road closure so white line would be enforced as usual.

Up here all out bunches are that size otherwise the last bunch will start the next day. Imagine 2000-5000 riders devided into groups of 100 or less.

Do you have full road closure? Here almost never do, and we have had problems like entire Elite bunches dq-ed for crossing the white line and an almighty clusterfck of a finish at Simonsvlei with nearly every bunch crashing from Elite to F.

 

Are you saying the VA or $ bunch up there is usually around 150 strong?

Why when CSA brings forward new rules etc. everyone always just has something bad to say?

I know they have made stupid mistakes in the past but give them a chance, stop always being negative.

These new rules are only based on the pro teams and to promote riders getting overseas and not stagnating in SA and getting new riders through!

We must stop always being negative as riders and don't give me the I paid R300 etc for license fees and R400 or more to belong to a club, I pay it with a smile because at least they trying something and doing/implementing it
