Those G shocks seem OK...my previous employer always used to wear one and it suffered the abuse of the factory... hands and arms in cutting fluid and hydraulic oil and crap and shrapnel flying off mills and lathes...

Not a big fan of balloons as it scares the crap out of the animals but they do look cool as they rise into the sky... (I so wish this uploader wasn't restricted to 2MB....painful)

I live just round the corner....I'm not a fan of this hill but its a quick way up and out of the village for me!

Bike took me up the hill this morning...then I though sod this, I don't fancy a morning cleaning my bike...went back down the hill and home and changed kit, put on the running shoes then went back up the hill and onwards!

Nice start to the morning.but the wind started up and you can see the rain/storm clouds already starting to build up in the distance....hopefully we see some of that rain over the weekend...

You will need to blow up a McDonalds or something and plant vegetables in the crater.... No-one will take you seriously otherwise....The bigger the bang, the better the reaction... Be Strong Brother....

There is occasional good deal on second hand cards on Bid or Buy....

Is it just me or does it seem CT and the Cape in general has more attacks on cyclists/hikers/runners than us lot up here in JHB/Cowteng? (or is it because when the weather is good in the Cape so many of you folk gap it outside so pickings are a lot richer!)
