I added my last ride manually in Strava.
Anyone else having issues to get exercise data from Polar Flow to Strava?
Been using it for years with out a glitch, now its broken. As far as I know it the data goes via the Apple Health app to Strava it it does show in the Health app but for some reason not in Strava.
Please let me know if you know how to fix this.
They leaving themselves wide open for exploitation then ... 🤦♂️. Only honest people will actually go to the north gate and ask if they could pay, iow, its creating a way of free entry to who ever wants.
Not that they do much with the income they are getting. Apparently all income go to the provincial government and only the bare minimum comes back to the reserve, very sad.
I'm using Orange Seal (Endurance).
I don't want to brag and jinx it it the process, BUT, I didn't have a single puncture in about a year of regular riding.
Only replaced/top-up the sealant twice during this time.
Register your claim, they are quick to react/respond, just maybe you get it in time.
Edit: Never mind, I see you start on 2nd, that's a bit short notice even for them ... 🤪
I'm so impressed by BOA. the right upper dial on my 2FO shoes broke somewhere during a ride. I submitted a claim on the 21st Feb. Just received a SMS, DHL is delivering the replacements today.

I'm using 25mm width Rapidé rims on DT Swiss 350 straight pull boost hubs, also very happy with them.
They are strong and light weight, you cant go wrong.
I would have kept the 51 and fit one size bigger chain ring. That why you could use the 51 AND have a bit more top end speed, just saying, use it don't use it .... 🤪
