Personally.....I have gone back to Squirt. While I certainly think it works a treat on the lube end of things (and lasts longer) cleaning the chain was just a pain in the ass and not worth it

Maybe I'm dof or I missed something........I never got a Royal Mail tracking number, where am I supposed to get one or do I just patiently wait for the PO slip telling me my parcel has arrived?

I had the same issue when using shoes with a flexible sole (old style Olympics). My theory (unproven) was that the flex was allowing the cleat to press on nerves in the ball of my foot and that was the cause of the pain, not actually a cramp. If I stopped and massaged the ball of the foot I could get it to go away but it would repeat at ever increasing frequency once it had started (3 hours or so). I moved to a stiffer soled shoe for long rides and while I still get the problem on occasion it is nowhere as painful or chronic as it used to be

Bit of research - official rerouting, so no disqualification but he cannot take the record (and he was well ahead of it as well)

It is riveting - I spend way too much time on the tracker looking at what is going. Alex was looking at a podium in the future and looks like he could get it this year - he is in a almighty battle with James Olsen for 3rd though. He rides later in night and get ahead and then James starts earlier and catches him. Mike Hall (chap who broke the Round the World record) is way ahead (up to a few days ago he was averaging over 200 miles a day ....off road!!!!!) but he did go off course this morning/last night so not sure what the implication of that is in terms of the rules. There was some mention of forest closures due to fires so perhaps he was instructed to make the detour

Been on SRAM for near on last 6 years with no problems. Had a bike with Shimano and also had no problems - go figure
