I've had a pair and ran a couple of 5 - 10km trail runs, and one half-marathon. On the trial runs the small rocks did not bother me, the occasional toe-against-a-rock hurt like hell though, especially in the winter night-runs.

In most places around the cape you're going to get to 900m ascent before you get to 30km

Think what he's asking is where does he get jerseys with "company ads" or "sponsors" branding other than only the first ascent logo on the sleave for example. Well, most bike shops have their own clothing branded with a sponsor ex CycleLab with Toyota and CWC with, well CWC or whatever. You can design your own. You can join a club, like the lab or CWC etc... You can also get items designed by corporate companies on clearance at velotex.co.za afaik.

I don't think it's fair requesting a minumum post count before one can post in classifieds, or being a member for while. You can't just force everyone to take part in the mostly useless drivel which is the hub. Lots of cyclists out there are not interested taking part in the internet-forum paraphernalia, but still has something of (literal) value to offer and is aware that Scumtree is dodgy at the best of times. DISCLAIMER: I am only posting to gain posts in the event that a required minimum post count is introduced to be able to utilize the classifieds.

Did you try both of your enter buttons? Sometimes when you read some of the posts on the hub coffee spills out of your mouth involuntarily. This in turn may cause some buttons to brake (break?)... try the one on the bottom right hand side of the keyboard.

It's already R45. Upping the entrance is not going to keep people away that doesn't care about the environment. There are loads of people still throwing cigaret buds and coke cans out of expensive SUV's and whatnot.

I lost a bomb-valve adaptor, two tyre levers, and a tubeless-plugging-tool thing at Tokai. Only realised when I got to the parking. Will teach me to ride with a saddle-bag like a tosser. PS- was a while back, though.
