    Do you have a website/price list? Do you sell unbranded frames or do you make them into your own 'brand' like BlackSpade?

    Speak to Kandui - im sure he can offer some good advice. He started TMB and it has grown significantly. They/he has also raised money to do signage as well as CCTV camera for the mountain.

    That was my proudest moment and the only time I have ever won anything ... such good memories Ill settle for a podium for the 60k!

    I have a spare spot if anyone needs/wants to share a lift and petrol/toll costs. I will be coming home straight after the race and hope to be back in Cape Town before 2pm Im coming from the CBD

    Not sure about this as one can enter as a non PPA member and not qualify for the discount. I don't see why they would further hamper you by not timing. As far as I know PPA use racetec to time, as could any other event.

    No that's not right as racetec time other sports not even associated with PPA. The Argus is timed by racetec for example and im quite certain all 35 000 are not PPA members

    Add some swimming and join us in PE in April ... If you are already doing running intervals an additional 2x intervals will be to much. Perhaps alternate running week interval training and cycling interval training. If you are not going to cut back on the running perhaps consider run specific weeks and cycle specific weeks or more planned block training to balance the two.

    Ironman 70.3 and IMSA are both very hilly courses

    Well it is Kona and a big cash cow for the island - im sure the prices are inflated for the race. Also $35 is lunch and a beer which in SA terms would be R100, which is not bad for a rental bike.
