2 ladies mugged and bikes stolen near Tana Rd and Grant Usher robbed of his cellphone at tree line in Emmarentia. I only have second hand knowledge so dont have specifics. I believe the tree line mugger was being flushed out by some riders and they found his escape route. Another story of guys pretending to walk dogs mugging a lady walker in the Delta. I wouldnt be alarmed but then again wouldnt ride alone if I was a lady.

There have been incidents at Delta and Emmarentia in the last month or so. I dont think it is a major problem but for a lady on her own midweek morning I think the bike park is a safer bet.

Someone mentioned tingling in the fingers. I get this from my meds, very prominent side effect called peripheral neuropathy. I am on a pill called Neurobion essentially Vit B6. Met a girl walking funny on the Spruit and turned back to see she was OK, turned out she had PN from being vegetarian and some dietary defficiency and was on VitB6 supplements and learning to walk. I had it that bad 4 years ago but am much better now apart from my new treatment which is in early days. My 2c worth, not RLS, but perhaps it helps.

You can fit a plate to the Tuna rack and a towball higher. I'd be wary of stones bouncing off the Venter on the rack, dust will be hectic too.
