Dawdling in the queue at Dischem I had a look at the label on a flavoured mineral water. 10g/100mls and that was a 500ml bottle!

Have been making kefir for some time and have recently started with Irene Dairy Raw Milk. Yesterday's batch was terrible, this opaque water with some foul smelling cream on top. Any idea why? I do my kefir in the fridge for a day or two.

I must say that riding the 2 back to back there was not much difference. We had 4 similar Yeti's with different setups and the cockpit made the biggest difference to the ride, wheels hardly noticeable.

Out of interest, what are the Strava sections on the Spruit and how fast are these guys riding them? How dangerous for other users is this?

Watched the top 10 riders up at Cloud 9. You could just see and hear the difference between them. Greg was barely touching the course and just floated over that big rock. Missed out on the big hype down bottom but what an experience.

Was thinking about how a cassette would hold up going through a cycle in the dishwasher. Toxic to the crockery/cutlery and would a dishwashing tablet clean it?

Didnt see any pipes under the ramps but if someone doesnt have the skill to hop those pavements dont attempt it on that dangerous corner. Dismount, walk your bike safely across and continue your ride on the other side. The ramps as they are can cause a hazard to cars. I know I am nitpicking here but lets try leave as little trace as possible.

Same thing with little concrete ramps such as by the Virgin on Rustenburg Rd. If you cant hop the pavement, carry your bike and walk. Why f up the gutter?
