    Agreed ... also doubt a sophisticated jacking would be put off by screams and shouts. Seems this oke may have stumbled out of the bush and thought he was being attacked by a cyclist.

    10 - 20mins either way on a bike and without too much concern for confrontation given the limited traffic that time on a weekday morning. There's also the Red Hill settlement.

    Quick look at site suggests Rockbros is the major sunglasses brand. That's something often on Takealot so perhaps compare pricing there.

    Probably just as well that it didn't... we've seen too many times how easily blame is shifted to the cyclist. Hopefully this way only one party remains at fault.

    I remember having a BMX stolen as a kid. It had a plastic name tag stuck to it which was subsequently removed, but it had been on long enough to leave just enough residue to still make it legible when we got the chop riding it in a nearby neighborhood.

    Criminal activity comes with a massive inconvenience that being insured doesn't cover for. Hopefully these recent recoveries is a small step in the right direction.
