    Thanks for all the confirmations of PMs and Emails working. Needless to say, my post was in no way serious and merely venting as their are apparently many who just couldn't be bothered to respond.

    Cycle Factory used to be based in Montague Gardens if I remember correctly. I think they then went exclusively online. Not too sure what their current operations entails but reasonably sure it'll be legit.

    Haven't had any issues, but if it is a problem, perhaps add the sealant before attaching the extender.?

    Long valves are rare locally, and when you do find them at the likes of Spez Concept Store, they cost an arm and a leg. Extenders work, but then valve still needs to extend far enough beyond the rim for this.

    HowzitSports used to be very helpful with this sort of thing but I think they have sadly closed their doors. You could try one of the other local manufacturer. These come to mind: Rapid; Enjoy; Vye

    Add exact positioning in the shorts to that. I've found many SA manufacturers position the chamois either too far forward or too far back, and not nicely under the sit bones.

    I think they were fortunate that 1 star appears to be the lowest possible rating. Obviously withdrawal and injury of riders around which their tour was planned didn't help, and once that happened they had nothing else to offer.

    Agreed. There are reputable manufacturers of good hoops using quality hubs and spokes. They don't rely on fake branding to sell the product. There's also plenty suggesting that they in fact also produce for the bigger brands ... but that's hearsay.
