    Well done.! I hope he gets to feature in the grand tours and other big races. Always nice seeing the national jersey on display no matter who's wearing it.

    I know it's early season and the big events are still to come, but there seems to reason to be positive this year.

    The mind/legs/road goes completely out of sync. Visually that section of road convinces the mind that you should be going harder/faster but the legs quickly blow up spectacularly. And no matter how many times you do the route, it stays difficult to avoid the mishap. LOL

    99er is actually just a 10km race. Everything before the final 10 is just the warm up. LOL

    Beat me to mentioning the GP deal. The small price difference makes it a tough choice. I was looking the Perilli a while ago when Bikemob had them on special under R700 but I wasn't really needing tyres then. They seemed to be a good budget option with supposed better lifespan.

    I think many are. We've got to apply before school in the morning and provide some to keep at school in case more is required during the day.

    February events leading up to CTCT are always popular, but selling out is quite an achievement.

    Suspect a few of us may have underestimated interest and missed out.

    Detail your preparation for the event and how you were primed for 2h**. Perhaps that together with entry fee could influence seeding.

    Same in the Southern Suburbs, but raining quite heavily at the moment.

    Weather and subsequent cancellation is disappointing for most, but we forget the additional cost and sacrifice some have made. Hope you at least get in that ride before you leave.

    Looking more and more likely. Just can't justify SCT in these conditions. It's supposed to be a fun ride after all.

    I doubt it's anywhere near as bad. Also, the CTCT route is a lot more dangerous. I doubt there are thoughts of cancelling, but it's not going to be much fun out there.

    Not just the proper route, but a lekker route too.

    You may be saying the same about CTCT in a few weeks. Events just don't seem to generate the same levels of interest anymore.
