  8. Cycled to the store today, showed them a frayed gear cable on my Hi Fi Pro and they immediately took it through to the workshop, replaced the cable and reset the gears. Chatted with Nick White for 15 minutes and R32 later (including a can of Coke) I'm on my way... You don't often have that kind of experience in a cycle store! Thank you Cyclelab Fourways!
  9. Did they target you because of the bikes? Was it premeditated or random? What vehicle did they use? More information please. I live and ride in the area often and will keep a lookout.
  10. Very interesting About a month ago I bought the Magiclight ML1000 from CWC and think its amazing but as its the first light I've ever bought/used I have no point of comparison and was therefore wondering how it compares to the lights you mention in your review?
  11. AA what was your time at last years 94.7?
  12. Thanks WW I know how to open and re-grease the pedals but I'd like to do the full seal/bearing replacement and therefore need the parts for that and that's why I asked if there's a store that can just do the whole job... I cant find the kits on CWC and Buycycle and I ordered from CRC 2 weeks ago and won't need anything from them for a while.
  13. What's a fair price to pay and who does it in Jhb (or CT as I travel quite often)? Or where can I buy the service kit?
  14. Have things gotten better lately with the restuarant/service...? I'd like to ride at Teak next weekend and would like the family to join afterwards, if not then its back to Something Country or somewhere else.
  15. Jacques a few questions... Road or MTB? Your average speed? Distance you ride at that speed? Anything else that potential groups need to know?
  16. Welcome home David, very well done!
  17. You're a solid citizen, South Africa needs more men like you. Hang in there, we're all following your progress and willing you on... Hubbers please buy a measly R100 raffle ticket and support this guys cause.
