  6. Yes I do but I have a dry weather wheelset on which I run these and a wet weather set that has Race Kings front and rear so it depends on the terrain. On the question of pressures because of the larger volume I've reduced mine by about 10% from my 26er. Front 1.7 and rear 1.9 Bar. Pressures however are a very subjective thing and rider weight, suspension/sag setup and rider style/terrain will influence this. My advice is to drop the pressure incrementally until you're comfortable as I firmly believe most 29er riders have their pressures much harder than is necessary.

  8. Another option is the Kenda Small Block 8 for 29'ers. Mine weighed in at 590g and 585g and I'm running them tubeless (Stans) with no probs.
  9. Here's another one... http://connect.garmin.com/page/activity/player.faces?activityId=19711042&actionMethod=page%2Factivity%2Fplayer.xhtml%3AuserSwitcher.switchSystem&cid=647857

  15. Espresso x 2
  16. Awesome design, I'd buy a jersey and a T Shirt
  17. I don't like the way they look. Especially on a 29er, so on my new bike I never put the old ones on for few rides and realized my hands were cramping on long rides, especially when the long rides had long climbs, eventually just bought a small/shorter set in black (inconspicuous) and best of both worlds.... Top tip - Get some Eezi Grip Silicone in the Chunky size, prices at R180 not cheap but the most comfy grips I've ever used by fffaaarrr!
  18. Crasher you guys ride this morning? I rode past Fowlstart who was with his dad and others. Met a new rider called Volcano!
  19. Wonder what size frame that is?
  20. Johan Borman from Yellow Saddle is a custom wheel builder in the Cresta/Fairlands area that will build you the perfect wheelset based on your budget, intended use, etc. He'll also give you a better deal than anyone and he'll maintain and true the wheels for you in future if necessary. You don't get much better than that! www.yellowsaddle.co.za
  21. +3 for Helet
  22. Agree but if you and I and everyone else don't email them and complain they will just assume all their loyal subscribers are perfectly happy... Furthermore if you want to see races like Tour of Flanders, Giro with English commentary, the whole Tour in Hi Def, the Vuelta etc... please join in and go to their website, at the bottom of the home page is a "contact us link", and take 1 minute and tell them this. If more cyclists did this Supersport would realize that we need to be taken seriously and would be stupid not to improve the coverage. Please join in and send them a mail. Thanks.
  23. Lol...can always turn to the Hubbers for a laugh...good one Chris!
  24. I pains me to say this but I was actually expecting this to happen...really frustrating
