  1. What level do you ride at? PPA seeding if any?

  3. Thx for the help
  4. The bike was chained to a White bakkie, thats the Owners car, the thieves had a burgundy double cab.
  5. Do you hang your bike overnight? the lever works in reverse logic, if it's not depressing any fluid then it will remain locked. I hang mine but don't have this issue, but could foresee that if there are air bubbles in the system they may creep into the lever overnight. Have you tried bleeding it, probably best to do it in the morning when you have the issue present.
  6. Cape "Tyre Shredder" Pioneer... i hope they beefed up the sidewalls.
  7. Hard on the up's and cautious on the downs, make sure you don't crash, Flat box is fine. 95% is better.
  8. Oh and for the record I don't own a springbok jersey, or stormers jersey or WP jersey for that matter.
  9. Nobody wearing an Epic Kit is supporting anyone. Its a show of achievement, like national stripes. I see your point but merchandising for a team sport is a different thing. I still feel the players should receive a unique version. What if I bought a Green Jacket to support Tyger Woods and started wearing it to the Golf course...?
  10. If I saw some fat slob in some amabubesi kit that I knew wouldn't make the 1st month of training let alone a stage but managed to browse the catalog while passing through the Craft Stall on his way to the St Elmo's Sliceaway I would kick him down the mountain then ride down and kick him back up

  12. I have the same rant - the Amabubesi Kit i earned first before buying was SOLD OUT by the end of the race to all and sundry... Its a disgrace.

  19. his body was as stiff as a corpse when he rode up to it, no wonder he goes over like a log off the falls...
  20. In motorcycles they do float, there is a tiny bit move movement so that they centre, The force keeps them alined but sometimes they do loosen up, we have punched a few to sort them out, but eventually they rattle loose again. it's normally pretty rare. The benefit of 2 Piece (not floating) rotors on a bicycle is for heat dissipation. The light weight aluminium centre is a better heat conductor and will draw heat away from the steel blade surface, thus minimizing brake fade. The lighter than steel quality also allows them to make the shape of the carrier have a greater surface area for further heat reduction.
  21. Magicshine 816E on the bars. Wide throw plus spot, good all round visibilty. MJ383B on the head light and compact, doesnt strain the neck, needed for directional changes to direct light when your bars are facing the other way. 400lumen is enough for added light. One to do it all? MJ808E on the head.Battery in the back pocket with extension cable and helmet mount.
  22. It's so awesome how these events are always on a Saturday which cuts out anyone with a Saturday job... thinning the herd, or are they scared of the working class heroes?
  23. You need to get a punch that fits the diameter and smack it so the rivet opens taking up the slack
  24. Ask KingAlton if they are getting any in, so far they are not released to the general Mob
  25. I couldn't be happier with mine, great wheels. No hub issues, no spoke issues... just bullet proof. review
