  1. Moer hom, then with the book and then let Wayne moer hom! Glad its sorted!
  2. A great trail for beginners is meerendal. Nice sinlge track and not technical. Time...... i would say around 9ish, but most guys are friendly and patient. Otherwise give jonkershoek a try more demanding but lots and lots of space. Best would be to get a"guide" or hubber to ride with in jonkers, not to get lost:-)
  3. Rubbish sine it isn't practical due to the following: 1. If mud or rocks get stuck in the tires you ARE going to feel it. 2. That wheel will splash water like a fountain if you cross a stream 3. Not adjustable to rider weight or terrain - you can see there is 0 deflection in the tires when this guy rides it, so it hasn't even been setup correct for him 4. Price??? Bet you it will be more than a normal tire and tube
  4. Incredible, well done to the lady. I see the bike cost $33k !
  5. He knew the dangers of that hill as it wasn't the first time he went up there......
  6. Post pics from the CCTV, that way we can keep an eye out or we might even recognise the scums....
  7. How about we change the troll to a small d1ck stamp?
  8. Drankmisbruik waarvan die Dominee altyd praat!
  9. Yes more or less..... More more than less:-). The start and end is correct with the inbetween there...... Once on the trail you can't miss it.....
  10. Yup that is the one....... bit more to the top it gets quite rocky and have some drops....... and then even further to the top a couple of big jumps and a "super tube section" with a wall ride or two incorporated as berms ........ I still need ALLOT of practise but it was fun non the less!!!!!
  11. Black line that starts next to the 2nd Upper Upper canary.....
  12. Anybody tried the new double black route at Jonkers yet? Gave it go on Saturday....quite fun!
  13. Did you phone your mate yet to say you are OK??
  14. POS - my 2c.... 1) Your map of leagl trails still shows Rinkhals as legal - is taht he case? 2) Knowlegde is power. Would it help at all if there is a BIG map at the entrance? Something like the map that iRide africa has for Tokai (which need to be updated in any case). That way newbies can take a pic of the map and refer to it while riding and seasoned guys can't say afterwards that they didn't know that a track is illegale. Most MTBer think they are mini adventures and if they are anything like me, they will start with a map..... Currently there is 2 avaialble - the one you showed now and the one from iRide africa...... It seems that these maps is not upto date and that people, if refering to thse maps, might tresspass??
  15. ...... hot and wet, the same as I like woman The best is just afetr the rain and when th sun comes out...... when the mud turns to glue and you get double the tracktion! Otherwise cold and wet.
  16. When LBSs hire staff they need to keep the following in mind: Riding a bike and fixing a bike is not the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
