  1. I’m trying to locate a 3D model to print a replacement battery door/cover for a Stages dual power meter that’s mounted on a Shimano 12-speed crank. Has anyone come across a 3d model for this part, or might know where I could find one? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Or even a replacement of the actual part would be good!
  2. Collection in Tokai. Send me a dm if you want it.
  3. Glasses reunited with owner! Another bike hub success
  4. Picked up a pair of sunglasses this morning on Rhodes drive at about 6:15. Give me a shout if they’re yours!
  5. Had a little look and came across this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6725027
  6. At 5:30 in the morning when you're dong a quick top up and the compressor turns on, your're going to wish you went with the "silent"/oil free option. I use this one: https://toolservices.co.za/products/tradeair-compressor-24l-550w-0-75hp-silent-oil-free
  7. In your first post you mention jumping. I'm assuming you also want to do some "aggressive" trail riding with this bike. If it was me, I'd rather do this type of riding on a hardtail with better suited geometry and dropper post, than on an old xc dual suspension with no dropper. I spotted this Trek Roscoe that looks in (dare I say it) mint condition. Maybe a fork upgrade down the line when more funds are available. https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/hardtail-mountain-bikes/704887/trek-roscoe-7
  8. Selle San Marco and SWAT have the same spacing of 60mm. Bontrager 46mm
  9. Can someone who has this light please post a pic of the mounting area. Would like to see how easily I can modify it.
  10. Smart! Looks great. Maybe add a couple of gussets...
  11. This one seems excellent value with the component spec. I would definitely recommend getting a dropper post for Tokai. If after a few months you are enjoying yourself and realise a bike with better geometry and better suspension is what you're after, you could sell it for around what you paid and get something like a Merida 120 dual suspension for around R20k. Have fun!
  12. I phoned them, was told free account no longer an option for me because I chose the paid for account. They’re going to find the recording of the phone call when they convinced me to take the paid option. Thanks Discovery
  13. I did phone last year and was told I needed the R25 account for the benefits/discounts. Def need to change my account. Thanks
  14. Which is the free account? When I go to pay as you transact, the lowest option is R25 per month. Is it a savings account? I see the savings accounts have no monthly fee. Do you get access to miles and flight discounts with the savings account?
  15. Well done @Titan Racing Bikes the bikes look great! Just doing some maths.. the DC model using the angle cup drops HTA to 65 degrees, pop on a 130mm fork and we're on about 64.5 degrees. Damn that will be a ripper of a bike (with xc efficiency)
  16. Everyone on about the price. I like to think if I perceive something as too expensive, I’m probably not the target market. The stand out for me is the 65.9 degree head angle on an xc race bike. What a time to be alive.
  17. @DieselnDust feel free to get in touch if you're after a super durable option.
  18. Thanks @cadenceblur my ad had expired... https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/sensors-mounts-and-accessories/699004/garmin-varia-mount-cnc-machined
  19. yeah that's quite surprising
  20. you might enjoy this cantilever test...
  21. very cool, thanks for sharing this,
  22. Brazen. That area is rather busy on a Saturday morning.
  23. Do you still need this? And would you be happy with white? It’s the filament I have atm
  24. Love this! Well done on a successful and fantastic project and thank you for sharing! I’ve been wanting to build a frame for some time now and just keeping pushing the project down the list. This is a bit of inspiration.
  25. I've mostly changed my ways (when I'm on the mtb)
