Have you asked JB his opinion on these rims? I have 819's and would recommend them if you are planning on running a UST set-up. Not at all light, but they do seem to be pretty strong.

Why wouldn't you get the same again? You could also look at Fulcrum Racing 1 or Racing Zero @ CWC - Both R8000.00

I am a healthy 100kg and get along just fine with my Fizik Gobi with Ki:um rails. Lots of people can suggest saddles, but only your under carriage will make the final decision. More bikeshops should do demo or loan saddles. Otherwise its an expensive trial and error process.
