    Lucky you - my stuff from bike 24 took 4 days to hit Jhb - still not here, 7 weeks and counting garbaruk parts from similar area at similar shipping costs but non postal got here in less than a week

    This particular company use DHL paket which is basically the German postal system who in turn connect with SAPO - very difficult to explain to the Germans that a postal system doesn’t work its also difficult to ask them to upgrade to standard DHL but I have done it No saving is worth using our postal service

    If road bike is your choice there are 2 nice Bianchis in your price range in the classifieds

    You get better bang for your buck on a road bike But ask yourself which bike you are most likely to ride after the race - get what you’ll use the most not what’s best for one ride good luck

    I’d be happy with a poor seeding and just the ability to ride around CT on closed roads with fellow cyclists I just want the event to happen

    Trickstuff Piccolas, rarer than an honest politician - 18 months waiting list currently If you want your brakes superlight and with awesome stopping power, these are the best, it's not even close But they have become so expensive - I was an early adopter and had the foresight/luck to buy a few sets

    I got my money back on the Unicorn after waiting 2 years. I then got in touch with Pat directly, left 2 requests on their website and eventually gave up. I called Louis from Knipe Racing in Durbanville who knows Pyga's well and he sold me his demo for a very decent price Was surprised by the apathy from Pyga and my previous experiences (Unicorn Mobu apart) had always been good I am immediately comfortable and happy on this bike

    So after chasing the dragon trying to build the perfect bike for me I’ve done a full 360 3 bikes, a long thread. Some lost money and a lot of aggravation mixed with fun I’m back where I started There are some colour issues I need to deal with like brake hoses but I had no alternatives for these brakes - black hoses on order as well as new seatpost and bars to dip the weight well below it’s current 11kgs with pedals cages, garmin mounts and sealant

    It’s sort of an extended hook with staggers in it you see in clothing stores - so then all the t shirts can hang in front of each other - sold by shelving places - good chance you wetsuit was on one when you bought it - I’ll try find a pic

    skinny robbers, look like cyclists Takes propepr planning and they knew what they were after - not easy to fit 5 bikes in any car so they must have been ready for this job It sucks, really sorry for your loss

    I’m getting used to the upgrades and I’m finding using my phone so much more intuitive sure it’s going to need refinement but I’m happy to exit the cave Generally as a rule I try not to moan about free entertainment. As a middle aged man I have so many other gripes
