i was back on my bike after three months post knee op.3 weeks on the bike and just starting to clock the kms as i entered the grape escape.went through to friends in pe over new year who are also doing the grape escape.on 1/1/11 on a nice singletrack broke my left ankle,torn ligaments etc.drove back to mosselbay and was discharged from surgery yesterday morning 6 weeks on the crutches and goodbye grape escape.how would one say moer in a nice way.

i ride spez tahoe.great for those times that you have to hike as well.not too pricey and they have lasted well.

i am with jughead dave on this one.i lost 10 kg during this year and my solid heavy mongoose now feels like a carbon race snake.after the silly season it might just again feel like a dual susp heavy mongoose though.

also have the same problem with the flies.they seem to sit together(big green ones) from time to time and i had nightmares about a movie of a few years ago"the fly"i hope it is just seasonal.i follow dirtman's advice and it seems to be better early morning.

my brother in law got a pb for himself.to put it mildly he is fat.i suggested he buy another one to keep him balanced as he suip soos 'n vis and then at least he will not appear drunk.he did not think i was funny.
