    Don’t put the wrong pedal in the drive side crank and then try and force it to screw in at an angle thinking that any pedal can fit in any hole.

    DOT fluid vs Mineral oil I am moving from Guide Ultimate to Shimano Saint SRAM for drive trains and Shimano for brakes is my new bag

    Strava and Discovery apps both integrate with Health app in iOS. Link Wahoo Elemnt app to Strava > Strava workouts sync with Health app > Sync Discovery app with Health app on iPhone to get your points

    I really enjoyed this event and I did the half marathon. Riding through the sewerage works was not the greatest but the rest of the route was amazing. Well done to everyone for such a well organized race.
