How intellectual is this property?BAR Honda were pretty much a backmarker team in 2004, but they had a carbon cased gearbox as a stressed 2 years before any other team. Manor/Marussia may have been back markers but the engineers could have brilliant ideas that the team just didn't have the funds to implement. (Toro Rosso managed 9th and 11th with the same engine though)Even though RBR was the only team to not run soft tires they still out-paced the McLarensManor again doesn't turn a wheel. Good to see all the rookies doing well, I think that will be the battle to watch this year. Sainz vs Verstappen , the precursor of future championship battles perhaps?
