That's because the two were never far apart. My model was a hand me down from dad, so it had been charged and made pap far too many times. it came with a badass battery pack, a MONSTER 750mah nimh beasthttp://image.ofweek.com/uploadfile/comimg/big/Mobile-Phone-Battery-for-Nokia-1610-37835.jpg remember this was not a small phone.here next to one of his grandkids that was my first one too. Very quick thinking on my part .I thought that if I'm not going to keep the cell , then neither would they , and I chucked the damn thing in the path of the moving traffic in the road next to me. Well , these a-holes just gave me a look of , WTF ?? , and moved on as if nothing happened . I waited a few minutes and just retrieved the Brick in between the traffic .
