Tumbleweed Posted August 24, 2015 Share Hey tumbles. How is squamish doing? Squamish was very doped up when I last saw him on Saturday, and will be staying at the vet until this Friday. I'll pop in today after work to see him again after seeing my mom. It's amazing how the absence of one affects the others. It's a bit quiet without Squams around - although Scar is trying to make up for him! Jules is a tad out of sorts with him gone - she really does rule the roost - and unlike her normally aloof way of going about things, was a bit clingy this weekend... Ja, not any cat that can do a double back flip thingamajig in their sleep. :-) The funny thing is, she injured her tail very badly a few weeks ago, so we had to have it amputated, but that had absolutely zero impact on her athletic abilities. Finally decided I will post it, because you lot on this thread are such great animal lovers and I'd like you all to share in Squams's recovery. He'll beat this... He was such a brave boy yesterday. He hadn't registered my presence when I saw him before then, but he certainly did yesterday. He pushed himself up when I walked into the room, but he settled back down when he realised I was there to stay for a bit.
