BigDL Posted May 11, 2017 Share As I understand it they are combining the operation with Wiggle. Not sure what that looks like, but they are closing the Northern Ireland mail order warehousehttp://www.reactiongifs.com/r/sad-1.gifDoubt that you will see any difference. I imagine that they will run the two websites side by side and just combine warehousing and shipping to save bucks DJR

Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted May 11, 2017 Share You claimed from insurance for a set of brakes and grips??Why not.... If damaged in a crash / fall / motoring incident it's a valid claim. Especially if there's a low excess Steven Knoetze (sk27)
Jurgens Smit Posted May 11, 2017 Share You claimed from insurance for a set of brakes and grips?? Along with a set of bib shorts and a helmet. Fell pretty hard and did some damage to the bike when the handlebars rotated. excess was 5% of entire claim Pieterlab1

Grease_Monkey Posted May 11, 2017 Share Increase in premium ? I claimed 10k in jan and premium increased by R1.23That 10k that you claimed will take them 8130 payments to make back with the increase. Well worth it if you ask me... Steven Knoetze (sk27) and Captain Fastbastard Mayhem
awesme Posted May 11, 2017 Share I'm aware of the wiggle purchase, figured it might be something in that line. G As I understand it they are combining the operation with Wiggle. Grease_Monkey Posted May 11, 2017 Share How do you get to 8130 payments ?? Premium was R230 something now R231 something Still 43 payments so i'm happy If you take the 10k and divide it by R1.23 - coz that is essentially what the claim cost you above and beyond what you were already paying... But yeah, 43 payments with the total premium Edited May 11, 2017 by Grease_Monkey Captain Fastbastard Mayhem

Ride Rate Review Posted May 12, 2017 Share Ever since Specialized dropped the SWAT bomb on the cycling industry I have been quite jealous of folks able to carry integrated tools inside their bikes. If I rode packless I used to be very limited with the things I carried. I mean a multi tool in the pocket just doesn't work for me because its damn uncomfortable, bouncing round in the rough, I used to just risk it and hope for the best, until today. There are some very awesome products being releases in the cycling world and it seems tool integration is becoming a big thing, like it should. This is the All In Multitool. Ordered from the fantastic okes at allinmultitool.co.za. You can bet there will be a video.... very soon gwhite, Steven Knoetze (sk27), BigDL and 10 others

Only blow is they don't have a chain tool in there but weirdly there is space for spare links. R1200 is a fair amount for a mini tool but it's a nice, bling, bit of kit if you're not with a pack or saddle bag or a fanny pack. I remember Peaty and Mr Minn running them when they were doing they little Enduro adventure together in Italy. Ride Rate Review
