That from what i understand this is to do the the parking on one of the fields / its part of a school or something and they dont want us hillbillies messing it up with our cars if it gets water loged . If you too far get family to drop you, then get them to wait the 2 or 3 hours for you. That way you not having to drive after 5 or 6 beers at the finish...
