Got my start time, me and my riding partner do the same races I normally get better times and do more races he is starting before me, hope I get some strong wind shields in front of me so I can catch him.

Have to psych myself up for a 150Km ride... Rietvlei is 10Km from home, and I forgot the start is more than just around the corner (4.7Km).

Anyway... a nice "training" ride for me at the end of it all.

Normally at the startline, if you have bought one already they will give you one @ the start, they will pick it up with your ID. If not you can get one on the day.

Hahaha tall guy, sorry a little vaque hey, look for the tall guy with Racetec shirt and laptop hahaha, usually by the start

Seems the new route is flat, around 560m on the new route.

I don't think the new route will continue to be a seeding event from next year.

In my opinion the Suikerbos loop made it worthy of a seeding for the Argus.

But what do I know, have not been in the game for much time

Tough race in the wind, loved it though, managed an ok 3:27

Thanks to John from Club100, nice meeting you!

Wind was not our friend today that's for sure, 3:35 I think the times would have looked

Really impressive if it. Was not for the wind, with the course being so flat I was surprised I did not see one ss

Really enjoyed it today glad the rain stayed away but agree the wind at times made the going pretty tough in some parts.

Ended up finishing in 3 22 which was much better than I expected so pretty happy.

I also thought marshalls did a good job and route intersections were well manned and marked
