Yes, jungle hacking is not really what we want to be doing, but if required this will be useful.

i'm guessing the guns/knife shops will probably have the best selections?

went to outdoor warehouse and the most dangerous looking thing didn't fit the requirements.

I now have whatsapp convos with teammates about not needing an extra 3 inches. .....

great...i tried that. got confused and then came here!

I had a Ka-Bar Kukri a while back and really liked it.

Best thing was way the handle made a hook at the end.Never slipped out my hand.

unfrotunately 29.21cm long.....needs to be 30cm, do not want to be running around fiji trying to find something at last minute! but that is close to the gerber we are trying to find

Are you looking for 30cm on the dot or just 30cm+?

I've got two Honey Badgers. Small and Medium Flipper. Carry the Small one everyday and really like this knife.

Got the Real Steal from my Dad as a gift. Might use it with the medium flipper on hunting trips

ok, so the blade needs to be 12"

we went with this bad boy, ordered!

There'll be no TV cameras where you're using this machete.

There are knives you see on survival shows. Then there’s the real deal. With a generous sized blade, comfortable handle and reinforced nylon sheath this is the survival machete to use when the only thing you’ll be cutting to is your destination.

The Chanceinhell™ is a beefy fixed blade survival machete designed by award-winning custom knife-maker Ken Onion of Kaneohe, HI to be tough, strong, and work like an ox. A thick, carbon steel blade has a black powder coat that is durable in extreme environments. Built for hard use, it’s easy to sharpen after you've put the finishing touches on your handmade hotel in the woods.

  • Black Corrosion Resistant Blade Finish
  • Football Texture Handle Grip
  • Reinforced Nylon Sheath
