missionS Posted October 22, 2012 Share If you can afford nothing else but for two items I would recommend http://www.chainreac...x?ModelID=10226Bike stand. I hang my +/-20kg downhill bike on one of these exact models and it works a treat. Merely for the sake of getting the bike off the ground and being able to stand up straight when working on a bike makes it worthwhile.http://www.chainreac...x?ModelID=15443A good multi tool. Don't skimp on tools as in the long run you will only have to replace the bent/broken/rounded tools with the ones you should have bought the first time round and after the fact that you stripped half of the bolts on your bike. All other tools are nice to have's (Edit: Font Size) Edited October 22, 2012 by missionS

Lots of it, to replace the grease you wash out with your HUGE Karcher ChUkKy
Grebel Posted October 22, 2012 Share You also need a nice cupboard to store all your tools, lubes, rags etc. Nothing worse than a workbench covered in stuff!

Vetseun Posted October 22, 2012 Share Here is my home made bike stand. Anybody can build one for under R150.00. You can set the angles to accomodate any bike by the top tube or seat post. Pants Boy and Flatdog7
