Had a VERY quick look. Punched in some numbers.

It seems WKO is using your Norm power rather than you avg power to determine TSS and IF.

Have I been living a lie this whole time?

True, WKO uses NP rather than Avg, but other Apps (even Strava) , when determining actual Weighted Avg Power from meter data, it normalizes the distribution. Which is why I say the use of Est.Avg power is conservative.

makes sense that your CTL is in the 50s then and you want to rest a bit. (I think)

Well done you boys. I've got nothing of value (no tits) to offer.

Damn!

Our ride at Breedts on Saturday was about 280 TSS by itself, and I was supposed to be on the IDT this morning doing intervals, but my legs were actually still a tad sore.

Wonder if I'm not recovering as fast as I should or something else going on.

The fatigue / form levels are based on generic recover and supercompensation studies, but our recovery conditions as well as specific physiology does have to play a role.

I remember a small clip where the Spez trainers mentioned they always let Burry do a form 'test' before he actually did his interval training. Is anyone aware of what something like that would entail?
