Binged this. Much much better than the recent 3-episode BBC adaptation. 

 

 

Good hear a season 2 is on the cards, because that S01 ending needs serious work

 

I finally found this (and the English subtitles) 

Watched the first 2 episodes last night and am hooked! I hope Season 2 isn't far behind

It's so much better than the 3 part mini series.

For good measure, I also watched the Tom Cruise movie recently.

For good measure, I also watched the Tom Cruise movie recently.

If you into the war of the worlds, for good measure watch the BBC version, not at good as the Canal version but a different take and enjoyable none the less

 

As to the Tom Cruise movie.. urgh, much preferred the 1953 movie

Shot, I've used Opera for years and then they seemed to lose some appeal. Just downloaded the mobile app and seems way better than others from initial impression.

I do have NordVPN, but when I kick back to watch something on TV, I do it on Apple TV which does not allow VPN. The rigmarole to connect my laptop with my TV inevitably just result in me watching something that does not require VPN.

Express vpn has a bit of a messy process to get your apple tv to run through their vpn,perhaps check if NordVPN has the same.
