Why do you need to carry a shockpump with you? Surely checked before the ride is good enough?

Having to pump up your shock during a ride. 3 times. I would classify that as unlucky.

It's called "perfecting the setup"

 

As said earlier, we fiddle to make sure the bike is setup correctly for the trail we ride.

I don't use the same pressure, compression and rebound settings for every trail/condition I ride.

A bike is NOT fit/set & forget.

The space blanket is a good idea to have.

in my camelbak is just 2l of Endurapower drink, and my car key.

All the other bits/spares/tools are in a saddle bag for the bike to carry.

 

cant stand sucking on a muddy/dusty waterbottle - camelback is easier to use whenever i need it and less filthy
