Nope, keep it black and empty as a memorial and warning. If I was Eddie Merx I would want Amstrong's name next to mine in the hall of fame.

I assume that's doping hall of fame, and yup Merx was also one so he would want Armstrong next to his.

If there was just one clean rider he was done out of a fair competition.

Therefore...

The reason it cannot be entertained.

The clean riders that got forced out of the game wouldn't have agreed with it.

The doping/cheating goes back a lot further than epo so the precedent was set a long time ago and merely refined over time. LA was also a good tactician and got into the heads of his rivals and had some beat before the race started. Being a winner is as much a metal game as physical. LAs only aim was the TDF and everything centered around that so I think there are other explanations other than he doped better than everyone as to why he won 7rs straight. He was the best of a doped up field and would more than likely have beaten the non dopers undoped, if not him certainly others in the peloton. I think if the let the other 'cheaters' to keep theirs its hypocritical but as some have mentioned riders bust after the event - FL & AC have lost theirs but retrospective positives besides LA has kept theirs ......its a mess

As a sports person I cant believe I am agreeing to Ulrich, but it should be stated in a way that that era of tour de france is different to the now tour de france era, there should be no comparsion but allow lance the right to say he won merely because he was the best doper of his time.

"I think it is just terrible and disgusting how everyone has treated Lance Armstrong, especially after what he achieved, winning seven Tour de France races while on drugs.

When I was on drugs, I couldn't even find my bike."
