StevieL Posted October 10, 2013 Share Hmmm. Interesting. So when exactly have you planned your tactical breakaway from Group G?*takes out pen and notepad* N14 just after the Petroport on that lekker right curve. Legs are tired by then, and its a nice uphill to leave the likes of Tevez scratching his head as to where it all went so wrong. Bateleur1 Posted October 10, 2013 Share Hmmm. Interesting. So when exactly have you planned your tactical breakaway from Group G?*takes out pen and notepad* G seems the place to be as far as this thread is concerned. Normally I would be too eager in the first half of the ride, meaning that I am pretty buggered by the time I get to the Jukskei (Spelling) and I suffer to the end. But if I pace myself well I would propably start hammering it from the Jukskei if all is well. Will tell you as the day progresses Edited October 10, 2013 by Bateleur1
Bateleur1 Posted October 10, 2013 Share Just what I thought....might very well do it, think its 15 odd km? No brainer that. I would ride from home if I was you. Easy 15 km ride would to wonders for warming up.

That irretating little drag from Diepsloot to the R55 is also a nice place to initiate said head scratching routine.
