Dont the uv sleeves add heat? Mmm might need to get some

I dont know, not really. I use them if I ride early in the morning from about 6-7 and will only be coming home after 12 or so.

Helps keep the sun from blazing away at your arms all day. And if you spray some water over them they do help cool you down a bit.

The N14 on a good day always has a slight head wind.

The earlier you get onto the N14 the better, wind picks up later in the day. I recon by Thurs we'll have a accurate forecast.

Which is good as you will die on a hot day if there is not a bit of a breeze there and of course if there is a slight wind it would make the R55 a pleasure on that final stretch as that little breeze would be a tail wind then.

I went for my last long ride 12pm on Saturday.

spent 3h30min on mtb. Hydrated well and used sunscreen. Used 2l water in camelbak, 750ml race juice in bottle and a few racefood bars (those are great). All in all good prep I think. Will spray my son's SPF 50 liberally before race, so should be ok.

The feedback I got was to check the board with everyone's numbers at registration for our new numbers.

If it hasn't been fixed on there we need to go to queries and ask for a certain lady (I did get her name).

Then pop our source's name and I was promised we will be in D.

About the shirts I don't think we have to.

Oh dear, it seems like sh*t just got REAL in D group...

From previous posts it seems like it's time to get ready to bleed through my ears!!

Saw him going up Klapperkop the other day so your observations are quite correct. Have fun
