I took the short cut down the one way the wrong way to the car park at Suikerbosrand on Saturday BUT there was a context - it was the peak heat of the day (around 15h00), it was hot, +40 Deg C, I was dehydrating since I had run out of water (forgot to pack my second bottle), Naughty, I know, but I proceeded very carefully in case a car was coming up the hill. Is it written somewhere ? I have asked admin for a written reply to exactly what the process is, but is still waiting for an answer.
