Do the couriers work on an Oil Rig somewhere in the Atlantic possibly?

I am trying to be positive and assuming it was a PUDO delivery or the like.

So banking on Race No. 57 for the bike

Even if it's ready after 57 you absolutely need to go to 58.

Because - "Make them wait, it's number 58......."

As entertaining as that would be .... I want that bike in my garage already.

I have to give a wry chuckle at the excuses; I have been through plenty but one that stands out was someone who was going to do some welding on my aluminium swing arm said, "pick it up on Saturday". Needless to say the shop didn't open on Saturday 🙃.

Keep up the pressure.

Spoke to him just after lunch, he said he "just got back to the workshop"....give him an hour to an hour and a half to get started on the bike and see how things go.

Called now, no answer.

I don’t mean to throw shade on this workshop as it all could be legitimate.

However, beginning to sound like a proper classic scamster. Duck n dive.

you sure the cam didn’t go the other way?

By all accounts, still a good workshop.

Just shocking at managing their work is all it boils down to I think.

I also think that they are hitting quick jobs to get some cash flow in, and my job that is paid up is now an inconvenience.

May go sit in the workshop and "help" him finish the work tomorrow if I can get two or three hours off work.

Last minute, bloody dot com the mechanic now points obvious #$^&$ **** that .... and now wants to break the motor open to clean out any potential copper parts and clean and flush the #%^# thing.
He has been in this thing for 58 days already and now picks this up.
