Anton checked them out and said they just need a good tensioning of spokes and truing, which I'm glad I can be sure if when they come back from summit. Glad I went with anton. MudLark Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Interesting, I've recently picked up a set of wheels (freebie) built on American Ckassic hubs and see that they are labelled "Built by Johan Bornman". They seem to still be in pretty good condition.

I will count the spokes when I have a minute, I suspect that they are indeed 32s.

Flemish Lion Posted March 22 Posted March 22 We bought his house In Fairland when he relocated, but we meanwhile moved again. Was awesome to have such a BIG garage!! When he heard about my bad accident 6 years ago he went past his old house but I wasn't back from the hospital yet... he called / e-mailed me to check all was fine.
