Without a doubt.

And while the boys are at it they should watch In the name of the Father too... which is my favourite movie.

One of the pubs I go to occasionally was bombed back in the day. It’s a mile or 2 from my house. I have been meaning to go to the the others but not been as yet.

Was not aware of the story until a mate of mine told me after I sent him pics of the pub. He is an aficionado of pubs. Watched the movie and read up on it since then, excellent movie.

How accurate was Ford v Ferrari?

http://www.historyvshollywood.com/reelfaces/ford-v-ferrari/

The movie was entertaining, but differs in several areas from what actually happened. They didn't just build a car and "win" Le Mans on their first try.

I enjoyed it. Watched it with my family. For sure the accuracy wasn’t great BUT what it did achieve was to spark great interest by my wife and kids into Le Mans and the love stories around Ferrari. Could this have been done on facts alone without embellishment? Not sure... So I’m ok with the movie.

However....what is NEVER acceptable in ANY circumstance is when Hollywood make a thumping four stroke sound like a screaming 2-smoker!! I mean come on..

I watched some really worthwhile movies on Emirates in December. I don't have Netflix or Showmax. The green book. Damn Viggo was great, Rocket Man, a great depiction of Reginald Dwight, another tormented musician

I think Netflix is cheaper than an international flight

It was never supposed to be a documentary, anyone that relies on Hollywood for accurate facts is looking for nonsense.

It was close enough to the facts for a hollywood movie.

Watched Midway last night, good movie, but they could've spent more time on the different events that happened during the Pearl harbour, Coral sea and Midway islands. It felt a bit rushed, good action scenes with the SFX.

we watched "The art of racing in the rain" ... bit Hollywood, but highly recommended.

then also watch "The Photographer Of Mauthausen" this weekend, and that was brilliant.

Finally watched Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, it is so good. Brad Pitt was fantastic..of course so was Leo.

As with Inglorious Bastards, Tarentino is so good at changing some history.. It is really an entertaining movie.

We watched Doctor Sleep yesterday. First movie that I did not fall asleep in. And liked how they fixed some of the inaccuracies of the Shining in the movie.
