Hi Conrad

Please will you do me a favour and give your son a lesson in Customer Service and Manners.

He has such an atrocious attitude and really comes across as a total twat.

I went to the sore today and asked him if Shelby was available. He replies "No" and offers no further help. I then ask him if he knows when she or you might come into the shop and he replies "I wouldn't know".

No offer to contact either of you and find out. No offer if he could possibly help assist me in your absence.

Seriously. It's not acceptable, and from this thread he's put quite a few members from ever returning to your store.

Would be great if you could follow up.

Thanks.

Seems the more things change the more they stay the same.

Was hoping that the son would grow up and as he got older....

I have been in there only twice. The second time was certainly the last time I will go. I just don't like the shop.

Luckily I work in Edenvale so I now make use of Ridgeway Cycles which is the subject of another thread which is only complimentary!

Have a Koeksister/Koesister/Koeksuster

Miss you bud! ????

Well that’s an emotional outburst if I ever saw one. What’s your story here? Own a shop that’s getting bad reviews?

I've experienced the same at ECC. Luckily I found Josh 5km down the road.

Sjoe... I own a couple of businesses which rely on customer service and return clients. I deal with most of the clients myself daily.

It is difficult sometimes, but if that's your job, you need to learn how to do it properly. If I was a surgeon with shaky hands or an engineer who sucked at Math no one would hire me.

Why is it any different when the skill set required is manners and disposition?

Did you have a bad day or something? In a world where prices online are generally pretty unbeatable and there is a bike shop on almost every corner, you’d better offer good service to try and differentiate yourself.

With that attitude you wouldn't deserve a cent of my hard earned cash..

It's this attitude that chase people out of your store and into the stores of your competitors.

People open stores to make money, deliver a service and supply a need or want. Not to make people question whether they should share the same planet as you.

Grow a pair and do your job, and if you're having a bad day take a time out go watch those youtube vids with the cute animals or something..

But get over yourself or get another line of work..

With that kind comment I assume you already have one....
