Rock climbing and MTB, it doesn't get better than that. I must say that on the section where he is riding on the narrow ledge with the shear drop off to the left, his helmet is nothing more than a formality. No getting up after falling off there! He gets it quite wrong (this pic looks like it hurt a bit) and then gets up and does it again, as many times as it takes to get it right.
