I do... I do

I need to figure out how to set my pvr from my phone, I keep seeing these adds that you can do it..

I'll go look-see.

Else after work I'll have to dash home, set pvr, and dash back to fetch the kids from school and do the activity run..

Timing will be important.

The Glandon is not a very pretty climb TBH.

Once they're done with it they drop down into the Maurienne valley... and then they start the final climb of the day which is Gen's "pretty climb", i.e. the Lacets de Montvernier.

It's not big, will be over quickly, but comes at the end of the stage when they drop back down to the finish line.

That's the one.

I'm almost sure tinkoff will be trying some attack today to change things. If they don't make a serious attempt by the time they reach col du glandon, then it will be over for any form of podium place.

If that is the situation then they must assist S4gan in maintaining his green jersey and pushing up their teams gc classification.

Not a good day yesterday...TJ pulling out, Conto's crash and Louis getting sick.

I really hope Louis feels better today because it will be very hard for him to have a repeat of yesterday and make the cut again.

The sad thing is just I don't think we will see him at the front again during this tour because he's body will just not recover quick enough. Now its just survival.

Jacques has also been hiding a bit so I hope he goes for a big one during the next 3 days.

Love the rivalry between Froome and Quintana right now but it would have been perfect if Conto was also close.

On the type of form Froome is now there is really just one rider in the world that is going to cause him problems on the big climbs and that is Quintana so it's great that he is able to give it a go.

Every year that Quintana gets stronger now it will become more and more difficult for Froome to beat him.

Have been a Fan of  Valverde  for like the last 15 years so I will not mind him getting on the podium.

But if he (and others) does survive, what a prize awaits him in Paris. TdF entered - 1. TdF finished - 1. DNF - 0!! That'd be worth digging it out for.....
