Sleeping is great. About to catch up on some now. Try also leg raises and stairs. Best ever.

R,R,R & R......most important part of exercise......rest, recovery, regeneration with a tad ROM (flexibility)......and anything that involves a six-pack (supplementation). Wait for Supercompensation and hit it hard........

Not doing ny MTB at the moment. Stuck on road right now.

 

Anyway I do yoga. My girlfriend is an instructor and she has worked out a cycling specific routine for me. Has helped with balance, core, strength and flexibility. A real winner. Have never been so comfortable on a bike.

Running, preferably trail and some core exercises, before it started being called 'cross fit'

 

Only problem is the consistency, or lack of rather ...  :mellow:

 

Also growing a beard.. then shaving it off...
